Plaintiff Laurie Lynn Day and Defendant Carolyn W. Colvin, Acting Commissioner of

23 Social Security, through their undersigned attorneys, stipulate, subject to this Court’s approval, to
24 extend the time by 30 days from November 28, 2015, to December 28, 2015, for Plaintiff to file a
25 Plaintiff’s Opening Brief, with all other dates in the Court’s Order Concerning Review of Social
26 Security Cases extended accordingly. This is Plaintiff’s first request for an extension. This
27 request is made at the request of Plaintiff’s counsel to allow additional time to fully research the
28 issues presented.
