through their counsel of record, hereby stipulate to an extension of time so that

Defendants shall have until June 30, 2015, to respond to the Complaint.

Good cause exists for this extension because a Certified Access Specialist

6

inspected the property in question on May 15, 2015, and the parties are in the process of

7

reviewing the CASp Inspection Report, evaluating the alleged access barriers set forth in

8

Plaintiff's Complaint, and discussing the possibility of an informal, global resolution of this

9

dispute without the time and expense of further litigation. In particular, permitting this

10

extension of time to respond to the Complaint will allow Defendants avoid the cost of

11

preparing a formal response to the Complaint if the parties are able to resolve this dispute

12

prior to June 30, 2015.
