On December 8, 2017, Plaintiff and defendants Gonzalez, Ruiz, Avila, Davis, Howell,

Olmos, Hill, and Miller filed a joint stipulation dismissing this action with prejudice and with

18

each party bearing its own costs and attorneys’ fees. (ECF No. 59). In light of the parties’

19

stipulation, this action has been terminated, Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), (ii), and has been

20

dismissed with prejudice and without an award of costs or attorneys’ fees. Accordingly, the Clerk

21

of Court is directed to close this case.
