Plaintiff David Townsel filed this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 on
19 April 29, 2015. Plaintiff seeks leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Good cause having been
20 shown, Plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis is HEREBY GRANTED, 28 U.S.C. §
21 1915(a)(1), and Plaintiff’s complaint will be screened in due course, 28 U.S.C. §
22 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii).
