On December 17, 2015, the parties filed a stipulation to amend the scheduling order in this action.
Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

Defendants’ responses to Plaintiff’s First Set of Requests for Production and First Set of
Interrogatories shall be served on or before January 29, 2016;

2.

The scheduling order signed on October 23, 2015 is AMENDED as follows:
