This action was filed on May 14, 2015. (ECF No. 1.) On May 3, 2016, Plaintiff filed a

18 stipulation of dismissal pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is

20 dismissed with prejudice in its entirety. The parties shall bear their own costs, expenses, and
21 attorney fees.
