ORDER DIRECTING THE CLERK TO CLOSE

STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL WITH

without a court order by filing . . . a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared.”
Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
