CRIMSON RESOURCE MANAGEMENT CORP., 14 Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Case No.: 1:15-cv-00751- DAD-JLT ORDER DIRECTING THE CLERK TO CLOSE THE ACTION BASED UPON THE PARTIES’ STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE (Doc. 60) 15 16 On October 11, 2017, Plaintiffs filed a stipulation to dismiss the action with prejudice pursuant 17 to Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, under which “the plaintiff may dismiss an action 18 without a court order by filing . . . a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared.” 19 Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). 20 Because all parties who have appeared in the action signed the stipulation (Doc. 60), it 21 “automatically terminate[d] the action.” Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997). 22 Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to close this action. 23 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED. Dated: October 12, 2017 /s/ Jennifer L.
