On June 19, 2015, Plaintiff filed a notice of settlement indicating that the parties have
17
reached a settlement agreement. Doc. 8. In it, Plaintiff requested additional time to file the
18
dismissal pleading. The Court finds good cause to extend the deadline to file the dismissal
19
pleading until July 31, 2013, as requested, in order to effectuate settlement.
20
Hence, it is hereby ORDERED:
21
1. Plaintiff’s request to extend the deadline to file the dismissal pleading is GRANTED;
22
2. The parties shall file a dismissal pleading on or before July 31, 2015;
23
The parties are also reminded to file the appropriate form either consenting to or declining
24
magistrate judge jurisdiction.
