(ECF No. 367). 21 Plaintiff asks the Court to modify its order requiring confidential contact visits and telephone 22 calls with Plaintiff’s counsel. (ECF No. 367). 23 As Plaintiff is asking the Court to modify an order directed to the Warden of California 24 Institution for Women, the Warden of Central California Women’s Facility, and other 25 correctional staff, the Court will allow the Wardens to file a response to the motion within 26 fourteen days from the date of service of this order if they choose to do so.1 Additionally, if 27 28 1 While the Court is not requiring the Wardens to file a response, if no response is received, the Court may grant Plaintiff’s motion without further notice. 1 1 Defendants want to file a response to the motion, Defendants shall do so no later than fourteen 2 days from the date of service of this order.2 Plaintiff has seven days from the date of service of 3 each response to file her reply. 4 5 6 Additionally, as the Court finds that a hearing on the motion will not be beneficial, once briefing is complete, the Court will rule on the papers without a hearing. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that: 1. The hearing on Plaintiff’s motion to modify order re: legal visits, which is set 7 8 for August 12, 2022, is VACATED; 9 2. Within fourteen (14) days from the date of service of this order, the Warden of 10 California Institution for Women and the Warden of Central California 11 Women’s Facility may file a response to Plaintiff’s motion (ECF No. 367); 12 3. Within fourteen (14) days from the date of service of this order, Defendants may file a response to Plaintiff’s motion; 13 14 4. Plaintiff has seven days from the date of service of each response to file her 15 reply; and 16 5. The Clerk of Court is directed to serve the Warden of California Institution for 17 Women and the Warden of Central California Women’s Facility with a copy of 18 this order and Plaintiff’s motion (ECF No. 367). 19 20 21 IT IS SO ORDERED.
