Doc. 9. Having considered 20 the papers and evidence submitted by the parties, the Court finds the requirements for intervention 21 pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 24(a) are met. Conditioned upon Applicants strictly 22 limiting their participation solely to issues about which they can provide non-repetitive, unique 23 information and/or arguments, the motion is GRANTED, and it is ORDERED that Applicants are 24 granted leave to intervene as Defendants in this action. 25 IT IS SO ORDERED 26 Dated: July 23, 2015 27 /s/ Lawrence J.
