prejudice against Defendant Stenoscribe, Inc. only. Id.

Based on Plaintiff’s notice of voluntary dismissal under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i), this Court

DISMISSES the complaint without prejudice against Defendant Stenoscribe, Inc. only.
