Before the Court is Plaintiff’s April 13, 2016, motion for reconsideration (ECF No.

18) of the Court’s March 29, 2016, order denying Plaintiff’s request for appointment of
counsel. (ECF No. 17.)

The Court has considered Plaintiff’s attached documentation describing his
21
hearing impairment and his limited education. While the Court remains sympathetic to
22
Plaintiff’s situation, it does not find that Plaintiff’s situation is exceptional.

Rowland, 113 F.3d 1520, 1525 (9th Cir. 1997).
24
Plaintiff has presented no new fact or citation to authority that would justify
25
26
reconsideration of the Court’s March 29, 2016, Order. Plaintiff’s motion for
27
reconsideration of his request for appointment of counsel will be DENIED without
28
prejudice.

The Court may reevaluate the propriety of appointing counsel if and as Plaintiff’s

case proceeds closer to trial.
