Petitioner, represented by counsel, is a state prisoner proceeding with a petition for writ

16 of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the district court’s denial of habeas relief

17

18 and remanded this matter for an evidentiary hearing. (ECF No. 53). Pursuant to this Court’s
19 order, the parties filed a joint report on March 15, 2022. (ECF No. 79). As requested by the
20 parties, id. at 4, the Court shall require the parties to file a further joint report by September 15,
21 2022.
