On June 1, 2016, 20 Defendant Carolyn W. Colvin, Acting Commissioner of Social Security (“Defendant”) filed her 21 statement of non-opposition to Plaintiff’s request. (Doc. 13.) 22 Having considered the request and the Declaration of Melissa Newel submitted in support 23 thereof (Doc. 11), and in view of Defendant’s lack of opposition to Plaintiff’s request for an 24 extension, the Court finds that good cause has been shown to warrant granting the request.
