This is Defendant’s first request for extension. Defendant 24 respectfully requests additional time following recent reassignment of the case in order to 25 adequately research and analyze the issues presented by Plaintiff. In addition, counsel for 26 Defendant will be on a scheduled vacation from May 26th through May 31st, 2016 – which 27 conflicts with the current deadline. Defendant makes this request in good faith with no intention 28 to unduly delay the proceedings.
