21
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by the parties, through their respective counsel of record,
22
that the time for responding to Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment be extended from May
23
27, 2016 to June 27, 2016. This is Defendant’s first request for extension. Defendant
24
respectfully requests additional time following recent reassignment of the case in order to
25
adequately research and analyze the issues presented by Plaintiff. In addition, counsel for
26
Defendant will be on a scheduled vacation from May 26th through May 31st, 2016 – which
27
conflicts with the current deadline. Defendant makes this request in good faith with no intention
28
to unduly delay the proceedings.
