Having considered Plaintiff MARIA R.’s Motion to Compel the production of documents,

filed November 21, 2016, and all arguments in opposition thereto, the Court hereby orders as

follows:

1. Defendant TULARE COUNTY SHERIFF shall produce, by the close of business on

5

December 22, 2016, all documents relating to any and all documentation reports for all

6

searches performed by Defendant NULICK between September 25, 2011 and October 1,

7

2012 as required by Tulare County Sheriff’s Department Policy Manual, Policy 322.5

8

DOCUMENTATION.

2. Defendant TULARE COUNTY SHERIFF shall produce, by the close of business on

10

December 22, 2016, all documents relating to any and all supervisors review of Defendant

11

NULICK’s documentation reports for all searches performed by Defendant NULICK

12

between September 25, 2011 and October 1, 2012 as required by Tulare County Sheriff’s

13

Department Policy Manual, Policy 322.5 DOCUMENTATION.
