On December 29, 2016, Defendants filed 20 a stipulation for dismissal with prejudice as the parties have resolved this action in its entirety with 21 each party to bear its own costs and attorney fees. 22 In light of the stipulation of the parties, this action has been terminated. Fed. R. Civ. P. 23 41(a)(1)(ii); Wilson v.
