On December 1, 2016, the parties filed a joint stipulation dismissing the action with
20
prejudice and with each party bearing its own costs and attorneys’ fees. (Doc. No. 22.) In light
21
of the parties’ stipulation, this action has been terminated, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii);
22
Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997), and has been dismissed with
23
prejudice and without an award of costs or attorneys’ fees. Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is
24
directed to close the case. All courts date and deadlines previously set in this matter are vacated.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
