ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME
NUNC PRO TUNC
(Doc. 9)
16
17
On February 19, 2016, the parties filed a stipulation for an extension of time for Defendant to
18
file the administrative record. (Doc. 9) Defendant explains the administrative record was to be filed
19
February 19, 2016, but has not been received by the U.S. Attorney’s Office. (Id. at 1) Notably, the
20
Scheduling Order permits a single extension by the stipulation of parties (Doc. 5 at 4), and this is the
21
first extension requested by the parties.
22
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
23
1.
Defendant’s request for an extension of time is GRANTED nunc pro tunc; and
24
2.
Defendant SHALL file the administrative record on or before March 21, 2016.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
