Plaintiff Yasir Mehmood, proceeding pro se, filed this petition for writ of habeas corpus
18
on October 16, 2015. (Doc. No. 1.) On January 25, 2016, the assigned magistrate judge issued
19
findings and recommendations recommending that the pending petition for writ of habeas corpus
20
be dismissed. (Doc. No. 4.) Those findings and recommendations contained notice that any
21
written objections were due within thirty days after service. (Id. at 4.) No objections were filed.
22
However, on January 27, 2016, the court received a notice of change of address from
23
petitioner indicating that he had been transferred at that his new address of record had changed to
24
“Nevada Southern Detention Center, 2190 E. Mesquite Ave., Pahrump, NV 89060.”
25
Accordingly, in order to ensure the petitioner received proper notice, the court will order that the
26
January 25, 2016 findings and recommendations be re-served on petitioner and will grant him
27
leave to file written objections, if any, to the findings and recommendations within fourteen days
28
of their re-service upon him at his current address of record.
