On July 13, 2016, the parties filed a stipulation for a thirty-day extension of time for Defendant
19
to file a response to Plaintiff’s opening brief. (Doc. 12) Notably, the Scheduling Order permits a
20
single extension by the stipulation of parties (Doc. 3 at 4), and this is the first extension requested by
21
either party. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1.
Defendant’s request for an extension of time is GRANTED; and
23
2.
Defendant SHALL file a response to the opening brief no later than August 12, 2016.
