Plaintiff has submitted a declaration that makes the showing required by 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a). Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis. The Clerk of Court is directed to issue a summons along with new case documents. The United States Marshal 20 is directed to serve a copy of the complaint, summons and this order upon the Commissioner as 21 directed by Plaintiff. 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
