ORDER REQUIRING PLAINTIFF TO FILE
RESPONSE TO DEFENDANTS’ MOTION
Plaintiff Reginald Ray York is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in this civil action
pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
