IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties, through their respective

counsel of record, that Defendant’s time for responding to Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary

Judgment be extended from September 30, 2016 to October 31, 2016. This is Defendant’s first
24
request for an extension of time.

Defendant requests this extension due to her attorney’s inordinately heavy caseload in
26
September 2016 through October 2016, and because her attorney has been sick and intermittently
27
out of the office for the period between September 12, 2016 and September 23, 2016. Defendant

respectfully requests this additional time to review the Administrative Record and to evaluate

and respond to Plaintiff’s arguments.

The parties further stipulate that all subsequent deadlines set forth in the Court’s

The parties stipulate in good faith, with no intent to prolong proceedings unduly.
