(ECF No. 86.) 18 Plaintiff was required to file an opposition or a statement of non-opposition to the motion within 19 twenty-one days, but has not done so. Local Rule 230(l). 20 Accordingly, within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this order, Plaintiff must 21 file an opposition or a statement of non-opposition to Defendants’ motion for summary judgment. 22 If Plaintiff fails to comply with this order, this action will be dismissed, with prejudice, for failure 23 to obey the court’s order and failure to prosecute. 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 26 27 28 Dated: September 28, 2018 /s/ Gary S.
