Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
This action is remanded for further administrative action pursuant to section 205(g)
of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), sentence four;
The hearing set for August 16, 2017 is vacated; and
The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter a final judgment in favor of Plaintiff
Brittney Reyes, and against Defendant Commissioner of Social Security.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
