On January 8, 2016, Plaintiff United States of America filed a complaint against

19 Defendant Bryon K. Sanders. (ECF No. 1.) On July 14, 2016, the clerk entered default against
20 Defendant. (ECF No. 9.) On August 17, 2016, Plaintiff filed a motion for default judgment
21 against Defendant, and set the hearing for September 14, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. before the
22 undersigned. (ECF No. 12.) Due to the conflicts in the Court’s calendar, the hearing on
23 Plaintiff’s motion for default judgment is continued to September 20, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in
24 Courtroom 9 before the undersigned.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

The hearing on Plaintiff’s motion for default judgment (ECF No. 12) set for

September 14, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. is continued to September 20, 2016, at 10:00
