On May 28, 2021, defendant Dr. Ola filed a motion for summary judgment. (ECF No. 54.)

Plaintiff was required to file an opposition or a statement of non-opposition to the motion within

twenty-one days, but has not done so. Local Rule 230(l).

Accordingly, within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this order, Plaintiff must

20

file an opposition or a statement of non-opposition to Defendant’s motion for summary judgment.

Plaintiff’s failure to comply with this order may result in a recommendation that this case be

22

dismissed in its entirety.
