Seng 20 Defendants, WESTLANDS WATER DISTRICT, SAN LUIS 21 WATER DISTRICT, and PANOCHE WATER DISTRICT, 22 Intervenor-Defendants. 23 24 COME NOW, North Coast Rivers Alliance, California Sportfishing Protection Alliance, 25 Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermen’s Associations, San Francisco Crab Boat Owners 26 Association, Inc., and Institute for Fisheries Resources (“Plaintiffs”); United States Department 27 of the Interior and the United States Bureau of Reclamation (“Defendants”); and intervenors 28 Westlands Water District, San Luis Water District, and Panoche Water District (“DefendantSTIPULATION MODIFYING BRIEFING SCHEDULE AND ORDER -1- CASE NO. 16-CV-307-LJO-MJS 1 Intervenors”), through undersigned counsel, do jointly stipulate that the previous briefing 2 schedule ordered by this Court in its March 18, 2018, Scheduling Order (Dkt. No. 80), be 3 modified as follows: 4 Plaintiffs’ summary judgment motion shall be filed by May 29, 2018. 5 Defendants’ and Defendant-Intervenors’ cross-motions for summary judgment and 6 oppositions to Plaintiffs’ summary judgment motion shall be filed by July 19, 2018. 7 Plaintiffs’ opposition to Defendant-Intervenor’s and Defendants’ cross-motions for 8 summary judgment and reply in support of Plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment shall be 9 filed by August 16, 2018. 10 Defendants’ and Defendants-Intervenors’ replies to plaintiffs’ opposition shall be filed by 11 September 13, 2018. 12 The hearing on the Cross-Motions for Summary Judgment shall be set for hearing before 13 the Honorable Lawrence J.
