(Doc. 16) Notably, the Scheduling Order permits a thirty extension by the stipulation of parties 20 (Doc. 7 at 4), which has not been used by the parties. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS: 21 1. The parties’ requests for extensions of time are GRANTED; and 22 2. Defendant SHALL respond to the opening brief no later than February 27, 2017; and 23 3.
