On December 16, 2016, the parties filed a joint stipulation dismissing the action with
19
prejudice and with each party bearing its own costs and attorney’s fees “except to the extent
20
otherwise provided by the parties’ Settlement Agreement.” (Doc. No. 18.) In light of the parties’
21
stipulation, this action has been terminated, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); Wilson v. City of
22
San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997), and has been dismissed with prejudice and without
23
an award of costs or attorneys’ fees. Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is directed to close this
24
case.
