D. GRISSOM, et al., 8 (ECF Nos. 34, 36) Defendant. 9 10 11 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §1983. 12 On May 5, 2017, the magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations to 13 deny Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment. (ECF No. 36.) Plaintiff has not filed any 14 objections. 15 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C), the Court has 16 conducted a de novo review of this case. Having carefully reviewed the entire file, the 17 Court finds the revised findings and recommendations to be supported by the record and 18 by proper analysis. 19 20 21 22 23 Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. The Court adopts the findings and recommendations, filed on May 5, 2017 (ECF No. 36); and 2.
