Good cause having been presented to the 20 court and GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 21 Plaintiff is granted 45 days from the date of service of this order in which to file a 22 response to defendant Amezcua’s motion for summary judgment of January 17, 2019. 23 24 25 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
