(Doc. 15) The stipulation relies 19 upon Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, under which “the plaintiff may dismiss an action 20 without a court order by filing . . . a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared.” 21 Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). 22 Because all parties who have appeared in the action signed the stipulation, it “automatically 23 terminate[d] the action.” Wilson v.
