18 Expenses Pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d) (“Stipulation”), IT IS
19 HEREBY ORDERED that fees in the amount of $2630.08 and postage expenses in the amount
20 of $3.66 for a total of $2,633.74, as authorized by 28 U.S.C. § 2412, be awarded subject to the
21 terms of the Stipulation.
