On June 14, 2017, the parties submitted a stipulation of voluntary dismissal, with prejudice and

with each party to bear its own litigation costs and attorney’s fees. Therefore, this action has been
16
terminated, and dismissed with prejudice and without an award of costs or attorneys’ fees. Fed. R. Civ.
17
P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997).

Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is HEREBY ORDERED to terminate all pending motions
19
and deadlines, close the file in this case, and adjust the docket to reflect voluntary dismissal of this
20
action pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 41(a).
