WHEREAS, on May 30, 2018, this Court issued its Scheduling Order [Dkt. No. 36] setting

the (a) deadline for disclosure of expert witnesses as June 28, 2019; (b) the date for disclosure of rebuttal

expert witnesses for July 29, 2019; (c) expert discovery cutoff as August 12, 2019;

WHEREAS, due to conflicting trial schedules of counsel, the deposition of the Plaintiff was

not completed until May 16, 2019, and therefore the Parties require additional time to prepare their expert

disclosures and request that the deadlines above be extended by two months;

WHEREAS, the requested extension will not in any way affect the Pretrial Conference date

of December 16, 2019, or the Trial date of February 10, 2020.
