On April 5, 2017, the parties filed a joint Stipulation to Continue Trial and Extend

19 Discovery (the “Request”), in which the parties request to continue certain scheduling dates and
20 deadlines in this matter. (Doc. 25.) For good cause shown, the Court GRANTS the Request,
21 (Doc. 25), to the extent provided herein.

Accordingly, the Court ORDERS the following:

the deadline for non-expert discovery is EXTENDED to August 3, 2017;

(2)

the deadline for expert disclosures is EXTENDED to August 7, 2017;

(3)

the deadline for rebuttal expert disclosures is EXTENDED to August 21, 2017;

(4)

the deadline for expert discovery is EXTENDED to September 7, 2017;

(5)

the deadline for the parties to file non-dispositive motions is EXTENDED to

September 11, 2017;
