On July 31, 2017, the parties in 16 this action filed a stipulation to remand this action for further administrative action. 17 Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 18 1. All proceedings in this matter are VACATED; 19 2. This action is remanded for further administrative action; and 20 3. The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to enter a final judgment in favor of 21 Plaintiff Gary Paul Pendergast, and against Defendant Commissioner of Social 22 Security. 23 24 25 IT IS SO ORDERED.
