IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties, through their undersigned attorneys, to extend

the time 30 Days to September 16, 2017, for Plaintiff to file his Reply Brief, in accordance with the

Court’s Scheduling Order. This is Plaintiff's first request for an extension. It is requested due to the

fact that Plaintiff’s counsel has a full briefing schedule this week and in the next couple of weeks and
22
will not have time to adequately address Defendant’s arguments in this complex case.
