On March 21, 2024, a stipulation was filed dismissing this action with prejudice and with
22 each party to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees. (ECF No. 79.) In light of the stipulation of
23 the parties, this action has been terminated, Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); Wilson v. City of San
24 Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997), and has been dismissed with prejudice and without an
25 award of costs or attorneys’ fees.
