On April 24, 2017, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause why sanctions should not be

imposed for failure to file an opening brief, in the alternative, to file a brief within fourteen days of the

date of service. (Doc. 16) On May 8, 2017, Plaintiff filed his opening brief. (Doc. 17)

Based upon the filing of the opening brief within the timeframe ordered by the Court, the Order
to Show cause dated April 24, 2017 (Doc. 16) is DISCHARGED.
