Plaintiff has consented to the 17 jurisdiction of a magistrate judge. (ECF No. 9.) 18 Pending now is Plaintiff’s motion for relief from Court order, which the 19 undersigned construes as a request for extension of time to file his amended complaint. 20 (ECF No. 19.) 21 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 22 1. Plaintiff’s motion for relief (ECF No. 19) is GRANTED; and 23 2. Plaintiff shall file a First Amended Complaint within thirty days from the date of 24 25 26 27 this Order. IT IS SO ORDERED.
