LYNCH, (L.R. 133) Defendant. 19 20 On June 23, 2016, this case was transferred from the United States Court of Appeals for 21 the Ninth Circuit. On that same day, Plaintiff’s attorney, Mackenzie Mackins, was advised of the 22 electronic registration requirements pursuant to Local Rule 133. (Doc. 2). To date, Plaintiff’s 23 counsel has not registered or paid the required fee. Accordingly, attorney Mackenzie Mackins is 24 Ordered to Show Cause by affidavit why sanctions should not be imposed for the failure to 25 comply with this Court’s electronic filing requirements. Alternatively, counsel may comply with 26 the previous notice and complete the registration process. Any response to this Order to Show 27 28 Cause must be filed no later than July 22, 2016.
