NOTICE TO PLAINTIFF
Saladan Rushdan aka Robert Stanley Woods (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding
pro se with this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983.

On August 22, 2018, the court entered findings and recommendations, recommending

25

that this case proceed against defendant Casas for use of excessive force, and that all other

26

claims and defendants be dismissed from this action for failure to state a claim. (ECF No. 29.)

The court inadvertently omitted the notice to Plaintiff informing him of his right to file

28

objections to the findings and recommendations. Therefore, the court now issues the following

notice.

NOTICE TO PLAINTIFF OF RIGHT TO FILE OBJECTIONS

The findings and recommendations issued on August 22, 2018, are

4

submitted to the United States District Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to

5

the provisions of Title 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within fourteen (14) days after

6

the date of service of this notice, Plaintiff may file written objections with the

7

court. Such a document should be captioned “Objections to Magistrate Judge’s

8

Findings and Recommendations.”
