Drozd, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of 21 California, for trial: 22 The parties are, in any event, ORDERED to commence and conclude, no 23 later than 60 days before the pretrial conference, a mediation or 24 settlement conference presided over by a mutually agreed-upon third 25 party mediator or settlement conference judge. If the parties request, the 26 Court will undertake to appoint a Magistrate Judge or member of the 27 Court's Alternative Dispute Resolution panel to serve as settlement 28 conference judge or mediator at no cost to the parties. 1 1 2 The parties are hereby ORDERED to comply with the provisions of the foregoing paragraph. 3 4 5 IT IS SO ORDERED.
