ORDER RE STIPULATION FOR AWARD OF ATTORNEY FEES UNDER THE EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE ACT, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). ORDER DENYING AS MOOT PLAINTIFFS MOTION FOR ATTORNEY FEES. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff is awarded attorney fees in the amount of $6,195.28 pursuant to the stipulation of the parties. Plaintiffs motion for attorney fees (ECF No. 27) is denied as moot. (ECF No. 25.) On 17 December 11, 2017, Plaintiff filed a motion for attorney fees pursuant to the Equal Access to 18 Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). (ECF No. 27.) On December 19, 2017, the parties 19 filed a stipulation for the award of attorney fees pursuant to the EAJA. (ECF No. 29.) Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff is awarded attorney fees in the 20 21 amount of $6,195.28 pursuant to the stipulation of the parties.
