PATTERSON, Case No. 1:16-cv-01215-LJO-HC ORDER DENYING PETITIONER’S MOTION TO EXPEDITE PROCEEDINGS Petitioner, 12 v. 13 (ECF No. 17) 14 JOEL MARTINEZ, Respondent. 15 16 Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in a habeas corpus action pursuant to 28 17 18 U.S.C. § 2254. 19 On October 21, 2016, Petitioner filed a motion to expedite proceedings in the instant 20 case. (ECF No. 17). However, the Court does not have an expedited calendar. Petitioner is 21 advised that the Court acts to resolve all pending cases in the most efficient manner possible. The 22 Court is aware of Petitioner’s pending petition.
