On November 16, 2016, the parties filed a joint stipulation dismissing the action without

20

prejudice and with each party bearing its own costs and attorneys’ fees. (Doc. No. 15.) In light

21

of the parties’ stipulation, this action has been terminated, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii);

22

Wilson v. City of San Jose, 111 F.3d 688, 692 (9th Cir. 1997), and has been dismissed without

23

prejudice and without an award of costs or attorneys’ fees. Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is

24

directed to close the case.
