Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of habeas corpus

16 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
On February 9, 2018, Respondent filed an answer to the petition wherein Respondent

17

18 states that certain documents will be lodged with the Court. (ECF No. 34). However, the Court
19 has yet to receive any documents. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that within fourteen
20 (14) days of the date of this order, Respondent SHALL LODGE with the Clerk of Court any and
21 all transcripts or other documents necessary for the resolution of the issues presented in the
22 petition.
